6.22.6:

I've not been keeping up with the updates very well. (Not that there's been a great deal of real material, but I like to keep things current.) So, in no particular order:
  • Item:
The Old Message Board has been replaced. Didn't like it that much and it had some weird issues. New board has been installed. Primary intention (at this time) is using it for Development of new Stories. As such, there's not a lot of material for the general public there (yet?). But hey, if it goes in another direction, that's cool too.
  • Item:
In association with the above, we (finally) have a new story in development. "Cult of Ghouls" (working title) slated for Fall 2006. Specific date yet to be determined. I'm pretty excited about getting back in the swing of things. Gonna be another big one.
  • Item:
There are a few new projects in the works. Well, the work itself has been done, but there isn't anything on the site yet. Hope to have some good material there soon(ish).
  • Item:
In addition to all of the above, I've been working with a crack team of Lovecraftian Ninjas to get the next edition of Cthulhu Live up and running! The new material is pretty exciting, I think! New sanity system. Fast-paced (while still turn-based) combat system. All new magic and psychic rules. New level-based skill system. Good Stuff.
Pre-Orders for Cthulhu Live 3rd Edition are currently being taken. The book itself is due out in September. Go order yours and get in on the action early! Pre-Orders will ship with a bonus CD chock full of goodies for Keepers and Players alike!

And I think that's it, for now.
3.23.5:

Hi. Been a while, no?
Well, the site's been up for a little over a year now so I figure it's high time it was updated.

If you follow the link into the "Projects" section, you'll find that there is actually a for real finished project documented within. A basic tutorial for constructing Ancient Tomes of Forbidden Lore from texts found on the web as well as a walk-through on constructing the physical prop, both using my own "Wormius Necronomicon" as the example.
I'm planning (in the very near future) to make the .pdf available here as well as on the Cthulhu Live yahoo mail-list-group-thingie. (It needs just a tiny bit more polish and some documentation.)
So there you have it. Really, the site isn't dead, I've just had a lot of other things going on, is all.

5.7.4:

Not a real update to the site itself, But I've added a "John vs. The Dress Code (and Good Taste)" sub-site to reflect the current Ass-Hattery at my place of employment and my Ass-Clown response to same.
It makes me giggle.

4.17.4:

Finally got the text images made and loaded for the navigation bars. A stupid change, maybe, but I like it.
Also, how wrong is it that I want to take the images from the site and build a "Choose Your Own Cthulhu Investigation" set of pages?
I'm thinking that's pretty wrong...

4.11.4:

Fixed a pile of broken and malfunctioning links in the navigation panels. I mean, as clever and funny as I think my 404 Error Page is, I don't like having to look at it when I don't want to.
Possibly planning on making the links in the NavBars prettier (images rather than just text) but there's real work to be done as well, so...
Also updated the Links page.

3.30.4:

Added a Message Board! How cool is that?
Answer: Very!

3.13.4:

Green Eggs and Hampton pages are now up. Still need to write up a summary of JDN2 and then Past Games will be complete.
Meanwhile, I am creating yet another improved Necronomicon, so I plan to document the process and post a description in "Projects." I'll probably post an Adobe Acrobat version of the text there as well, but it's goddamn huge, so I'll have to think about it. I may have to make this available by request only...
We'll see.

3.7.4:

It's been a long weekend, but I think I've got almost everything working now.
There isn't much (anything) in "Projects" or "About Us", or in the JDN2 and GEH pages of the games area, but those will come in time.
Big plans, little time.
Basically, I'm pleased that we finally have things set up, in a stable environment, very much the way they were before everything crashed and died.
Speaking of crashing and dying...

3.5.4:

Finally having gotten off my lazy ass, I am now in the process of re-installing the old website.

Being that we're changing hosts (yet again) it will take me a little time to get everything configured and set up just right. There are a lot of blank images and broken links, and there will continue to be, for at least some time.

Please be patient, I'm working on this in my spare time.
